Pagani Huayra Roadster Will Emerge Within Two Years

During some time we’re waiting for an open-top version of the Pagani Huayra, but here is a good news… Pagani Huayra Roadster will emerge within two years according to company spokesman Luca Venturi.

2011 Geneva Motor Show, Pagani shows to the world his new supercar, the successor of Zonda, The God of Wind… The Powerful Huayra. Ever since, Pagani not reveal any one special edition or variation of his car. Unlike Zonda that collects special editions and variations… “There’s nothing planned yet in this direction, but let me say that every single Pagani is a kind of special edition: they’re so suited around the customer that we might call every Huayra as a special Huayra.” said Luca Venturi.

But for the first time Pagani reveals that is working in a variation of Huayra… Pagani Huayra Roadster. The Open-top version will boast same specifications of coupe but with the top down. And when I say ‘same specifications’, we talk about delivery of 720 bhp (539 kW) with maximum torque of 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft) thanks to 6.0-liter V12 Twin Turbo engine made by Mercedes-AMG.

The Huayra Roadster will, probably, have a hard-roof like Bugatti Veyron Vitesse or Zonda Roadster… yeah, we don’t imagine different… But with top down, the gull-wing doors will be removed… The Pagani Huayra Roadster probably will use regular doors.

Luca Venturi said to Autoblog that the Pagani Huayra Roadster is currently under development what will take around of two years or almost this to be finished… So, we’re waiting for the open-top God of Wind.
