if you don’t know, Parabolica or Curva Parabolica is the last corner of Monza and became famous due a horrible accident in 1961, with death of Wolfgang von Trips and fifteen spectators, when a collision with Jim Clark’s Lotus sent von Trips car airborne and hit into the barriers on Parabolica. One of the most terrible accidents in the Monza history, second only to an accident occurred at 1928, when Emilio Materassi and 27 spectators died.
