For the GT-Rs lovers living in Japan, Nissan unveiled the new 2015 GT-R and a commemorative edition called of 45th Anniversary with some improvements focused in the driving experience.
The 2015 Nissan GT-R comes with some refinements to improve the driving experience… enhancing the performance of the GT-R’s suspension and tires as well as updating the drivetrain to improve vehicle traction without lose in performance.
The 2015 Nissan GT-R has revised dampers with the ECU being optimized to provide better cornering stability and improved steering feel. New Dunlop run-flat tires have been fitted which will improve ride quality as well as straight line and rough surface stability.
The Nissan also offers a Track Edition for the drivers who desire more performance, engineered by Nismo, the car is based on the standard 2015 GTR enhanced with Nismo technology.
Besides of 2015 GT-R, Nissan also unveiled a special edition limited in just 45 units specially to the Japanese market called of 45th Anniversary. The car is based on the 2015 Nissan GT-R with some singular details. Starting by the color, the Nissan GT-R 45th Anniversary is covered with a color dubbed Silica Brass, identical to the one used in the 2001 Nissan Skyline GT-R M-Spec. In addition to the special paint color, the car comes standard with a commemorative emblem in the interior and a model plate number in the engine compartment.
Worth mentioning that despite of the 2015 version is only for Japan it is believed that all the updates of the 2015 GT-R will come standard with the 2016 model year GT-R in the United States.
