Back on March 14, 2015, a Lamborghini Huracán LP620-2 Super Trofeo crashes during a 2-days test session at Monza Circuit. Now, more than a month thereafter, we can see a white Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo in accelerations and flybys again, but, fortunately, the track-prepared baby bull does not end up hitting the wall.
Launched during the 2014 Monterey Car Week, the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo is a race car created to hit the tracks on 2015 Lamborghini BlancPain Super Trofeo Series.
The guys from Lamborghini Squadra Corse (specialist team within Lamborghini’s R&D department dedicated to motorsport inclusing GT3, the Super Trofeo series and a customer driving program) built the Huracan Super Trofeo with 10 hp more than the road-going baby bull and with a rear-wheel drive layout. Yeah, and we can’t forget the very extreme exterior.
Check it out below the Lamborghini Huracán LP620-2 Super Trofeo testing around Monza Circuit and listen the amazing sound coming from its motorsport-prepared 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine.
