During the 2015 Monterey Car Week, Lamborghini has revealed its brand new open-top Aventador Superveloce, but apart from the Italian raging bull other amazing machines could be seen at the event. One of these was the Koenigsegg One:1 and here you find a stunning gallery with the Swedish beast in the show.
This awesome white One:1 is the last copy produced by Koenigsegg in a total of just 6 units worldwide. The car also has accents in red over the body as well as inside finished in black.
With a base price of $2.8 million, the Koenigsegg One:1 is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine delivering 1360 ponies and 1371 Nm of torque. Similar to the output number, — and the reason why this Koenigsegg is called One:1 — it has a curb-weight of just 1360 kg (2998 lbs) resulting in a perfect power-to-weight ratio.
A massive power allied with low weight and the enormous downforce generated mainly from that insane top-mounted rear wing have allowed the Koenigsegg One:1 set a new lap time record at Suzuka Circuit and Spa-Francorchamps, in addition to breaking the Koenigsegg Agera R 0-300-0 km/h world record easily.
Talking about performance, according to Koenigsegg, the One:1 megacar is able to accelerate from 0 to 400km/h (250mph) in approximately 20 seconds and it can do the opposite — 400-0 km/h — in just 10 seconds. The top speed is over 440 km/h (273 mph).
Ok, check it out the gallery with the Koenigsegg One:1 during the Monterey Car Week 2015 at the Gordon McCall’s Motorworks Revival, The Quail – A Motorsports Gathering and at the Rolex Reunion.
