The new James Bond’s movie will premiere in Mexico City on November 02, the same day which the Formula One Gran Premio de Mexico will take place, so why not to put a F1 driver in one of the cars of the movie to take a ride on a track… So, here we are with Felipe Massa hitting the track in the Jaguar C-X75.
The Jaguar’s concept was originally powered by four electric motors — one for each wheels– generating individually 145 kW (194 hp) or 780 horsepower together. The car used in the movie, on the other hand, is powered by a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 pumping 550 hp out… yeah, It’s 230hp less, but Massa does not seem to worry about it.
Created by Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) in collaboration with development partner Williams Advanced Engineering, the Jaguar C-X75, in Spectre, is driven by the villain of the movie, Mr. Hinx, portrayed by Dave Bautista and we will see it and the Bond’s car, the Aston Martin DB10, performing some awesome chase scenes.
